QE2 Cabin choice
 

Wondering if anyone out there has had a look at cabin 8183 on the Sun deck? It is the only Q3 on the deck with all others being Q2. They say that it has a partially obstructed view (the lifeboats) but don't all cabins on that deck have the same situation? Is this a problem? Any wisdom is greatly appreciated.

We will be on the July 18th sailing. Anyone else on the same journey?

I LOVE FlyerTalk. But if you don't get the answer here, you might want to try the Cruise Critic Board. Regular cruisers on the QE2 may know exactly the cabins to which you refer. You may even find people booked on your cruise. Check it out at http://www.cruisecritic.com. There is a section just for Cunard. I've sailed on the QE2 (Princess Grill) and loved it. You will have a wonderful time as she is a beautiful and classic liner.
