Summary: Let your kid run wild, do a cc charge back, get too personal with the staff....

A couple of those sounded like overly-harsh punishments, leading me to believe there was more to the story. But the chargeback one I totally understand and agree with--were I running NCL, even after the greedy woman paid back the $3k I would have kept her on the do-not-sail list.

I know that on Seabourn, my main cruise line, guests have been banned over the years for various reasons, the top one being physical, sexual, and/or verbal assaults towards guests or crew.

Just a few days ago, a guest was offloaded from one of their expedition ships due to his behavior; he has a neurological disorder that causes him to offend and annoy guests and crew all the time, and he was constantly complaining (on the ship to everyone and on social media alleging discrimination) and demandng special treatment and exemptions from normal acceptable behaviour. After too many warnings, he was finally kicked off the ship, to everyone's relief.

Sucks for the people but I get it...if you cause damage or break the rules they dont want you back. A warning probably could have fixed a few of those issues and prevented the bad press
