Thinking of taking a relatively last-minute Carnival cruise in Europe that starts in the U.K. and stops in four or five countries.
1. Do people who go ashore need to clear immigration at each stop? 2. Is it completely free to go ashore on one's own or does Carnival tack on fees? Thanks. |

Last year, some ports restricted people to ship-sponsored excursions because of COVID, but I don't think there are any ports like that left at the moment.
