Can you take a cruise from new zealand to australia?

Yes, there are cruises from New Zealand to Australia and vice versa. Length depends on the cruiseline and time of year. Most of the ones I've looked at were 10-14 days but I was just looking at specific cruiselines.

Some of their cruises continue on to Australia and New Zealand & sail between the 2 countries in the summer months - Southern Hemisphere !!
We we saw other cruise lines while in Auckland , likely doing this route too .

There is a similar but longer one for Australia cruise ports.
You will probably first have to register or make an account on the web site, but they won't ever bother you after that. You go to them.
Once you get on, their search function is very powerful. You can select originating port (Auckland would be a good one to start), ports to visit, length of cruise, dates and all sorts of other things. I didn't see any right now on their "90 Day Ticker", but that can change.
