The thing that amazes me is a comparative lack of civility compared to FT. In fairness, this view has developed over years and years of reading both boards, but once in a while it becomes so bad on CC that I need a little "time out".

Yeah, there are days when the Norwegian forum looks like bad Omni. Moderators do remove posts that go too far, but there's a lot of everyday sniping that goes on. The sad fact is that not everyone deals well with change and some people aren't happy unless they have a reason to be unhappy.

On NCL for example you get a discount if you prepay your gratuities which will save a couple of bucks, plus there is nothing more annoying than seeing that charge everyday when you are following your bill
