Why would a cruise not be on Costa website

Costa Luminosa Nov 6th TA 17 nights

This does not show up on Costa's website and missing on many On-line TA sites.

Any reason for this?

Does this mean that price may drop closer to cruise as it is almost a secret cruise?

THANKS

Any TA's here feel free to PM me with a quote if you would like.

If you search for November and December on that ship, there is nothing listed between the 4 day Nov 1 out of Spain and the 10 day Dec 7 out of Miami. The dates don't seem to line up unless the ship is spending an extra day in Savona before departing on the TA.

It could be just as likely the TA and the following cruise out of Miami, which would be over US Thanksgiving, are sold out at this stage, which would explain them not being listed.

Or it could be chartered by a large group or organization, theme cruise, etc. and why it isn't showing as it's not for sale directly from the cruise line to the public.

It shows on VTG and Seascanner and rates dropped so not a charter or sellout

Also- almost impossible to have a charter on TA or a sellout for that matter.

Other ideas???

I agree you aren't likely going to get a charter on a 17 day cruise, transatlantic or any other type. But it can be sold out. It's only 3 months out, and it's not a huge ship

Sure it can be sold out but given the dismal state of Costa's reputation since Concordia's accident wouldn't think a sell out was all that likely.

I am not asking how to book this cruise- I already said VTG offers it.

My question was WHY is it not showing.

Followup would be: is the ship showing low occupancy (great for a TA) and are the rates expected to drop as a result?
