Flexperks Real-Time Rewards Confirmed Merchants:
Flexperks listed examples: "United, American, British Airways, Emirates, JetBlue, Southwest, Delta, Sun Country", however BEWARE that "non U.S. merchants" are not supposed to work (i.e. British Airway & Emirates). Supervisor has said that this list hasn't been updated to exclude non-US airlines. Note that it will be difficult to get any transactions covered if Real-time Rewards do not work automatically.

have been trying unsuccessfully to have the annual fee waived on a family member's minimally used account unfortunately there are pending points on the account that will post with the next statement. the us bank csr said we could pay the annual fee, receive the pending points on the next statement, and then request a refund of the fee within 60 days of posting but i don't trust that they're correct (other csrs have stated we have 30 days to cancel). decisions decisions!

Just got an offer to spend $750 between Sept 1 and Oct 31 and get 3500 points. Great timing since I have been collecting cash donations for a charity and they will accept a CC payment as a deposit. Last time I gave to the charity I got triple points for the donation.

I just received the same offer. My annual fee just posted so I will likely use 3500 points to pay that and then spend $750 to get those points right back. Great timing indeed. ^

I just got the email, too... $750 spend for 3500 bonus points but for the business card. I had gotten it for the personal one back in May ($500 spend by 6/30 for 3500 bonus points). I've had the personal Flexperks card since it started (converted from NWA card) and each year I get the same promo at the same time of year, plus they also have given me 3500 points as retention when AF hits.
Funny thing about the biz Flexperks card, I called to cancel the other day since there was no retention offers. But, I decided to hold off just before the agent finished cancelling, so now I got this offer $750 spend offer - but the AF was credited and the account is showing as open. The CSR told me today the account is open.

Am I the only one who hasn't received the 3500 bonus offer?
Would be appreciated if someone could post the sender e-mail address and exact subject of the message. Wonder if it's in a spam filter somewhere... Thanks.
