Does Shell MC report limits to credit agencies?
 

I know Citibank doesn't....but I heard once that Citi does report limits on its co-branded GAS cards (with or w/o a Visa/MC logo) to the credit agencies. Does anyone have this card and would know?

Depending on your card. If you have one of those no preset spending limit cards then Citi wont report it. Citi reported all my cards with credit limits.

Citi does report some credit limits. It reports my CitiAAdvantage Bronze Card limit on my credit reports.

However, Citi does not report limits any cards that have a "revolving" credit line, as opposed to an actual one. On my cards that have a "revolving" credit line, only my high balance appears.
