Value of BofA Worldpoints?

I have several BA worldpoints cards and really have not found the value in them. My cards stack like this:
Amex DL Skymiles
Citi AAdvantage
Then I get to where I don't see an incentive to use these cards:
Chase Freedom
AAA Visa by BA
AAA AX by BA
Merrill+ (good for Admirals club, but maybe not anymore)
Citi Chairman (good for concierge and some club access)
Harvard Card by BA
AOPA card by BA
US Airways by Barclays
ETC>>>
But the main thing is what good are BA points?

1% cashback with no stupid cashback caps is worth it IMHO. I also use my emigrant direct card a lot with is 1.4% cashback.

Amex Plum card is 2% cash back - no cap
Fidelity Investments Rewards Card is 1.5% cash back - no cap

Why is 1% or 1 1/4% best????

I am not sure what the value of them are. I did get hit up by the tellar today when I deposited a check about getting a Visa Sig card from BofA. I told her "I'll pass, I have enough cards."
