Do debit cards charge currency conversion fees?

Like most credit cards do debit cards in general charge an extra % for charges & withdrawals in foreign currency?

Most If Not All

I know that most of them do but not all at the same rate

It may depend on the bank affilliation at the other end

I have had different percent charges at different bank

ATMs in same foreign cities as well as for debit charges
