What is the maximum interest rate that you have ever paid on a credit card borrowing?

Since I have been out of college, the max rate I have suffered is 2%

My backup borrowing tool right now is an HELOC at prime-0.75%. I would only borrow from a credit card if its rate is less than that obviously.

I think most people here don't carry a credit card balance.
But right out of college, I carried a balance for a few months at just around 9%
