Which is the best cash back Visa/Master card?
 
1. Should be able to apply by anybody (not members of a specific organization)?
2. Should have no annual fee

Well, if you have any other product with Bank of america (checking, mortgage, line of credit, savings, investment account, etc) I would say for general spending the BankAmericard Worldpoints card offered only in bank of america banking centers. The card offers relationship customers 1.5 points for every dollar spent which for 25,000 points ($16,666.67 spent) $250 cashback so 1.5% which is better then Chase freedom's 1.25% back at $20,000 spent. For special categories Chase Freedom is better.
