Using CC Concierge Service to Get Oprah Tix
 

Has anyone had any luck using their cc's concierge service to get tickets to free television tapings such as Oprah that are sold out?

I have the Citi Platinum Amex, which includes Citi's concierge vendor as well as entre and Ticket Access.

I have tried to do this with my AE Plat without success. I was informed that because you don't have to pay for the tickets, the concierge is unable to obtain them. I am still trying to secure tickets to Oprah so if anyone has been successful, I would love some advice.

Don't go on Oprah or watch her. She is pushing for Obama and that goes to show she only cares about the color of the skin and not the experience of a person. Sorry for the rant on your thread. Get tix's to Jay Leno instead. But I think those are free anyways.
