Does a 0%FTF Visa/Mastercard with Lounge Access Exist?

I've been looking for a 0% FTF Mastercard or Visa that is a "premium" card allowing airline club/lounge access. I purchase quite a bit of stuff outside of the US and have it shipped to me.

Unfortunately, the vendors I use don't take AmEx or I could wait it out and eventually apply for the Citi Amex Chairman card, which I understand has a 0%FTF

I'm currently using the Merril+ card as I get lounge access after $50k of spending, but the 2% transaction fee is killing me.

I've looked at the wiki that has been compiled but nothing there seems to satisfy my above criteria. Annual fee is not a problem as long as it's a 0% FTF.

Thanks!

First, defining non-standard acronyms is helpful for others reading this board. Took me a minute to realize what FTF stood for. :)

Second, does lounge access really matter that much? The $50k you're spending on Merrill to get the lounge membership would cost you $1k in forex fees. That's more than enough to buy your own club membership (or two).

One option is to use two cards. If you can reach $50k/yr on domestic spending with Merrill and direct all of your foreign spending onto a 0% exchange fee card, you can have the best of both worlds.
