Capital One Online Only Statements?

Capital One Online Only Statements?
I have a friend who lives in Asia but uses my house as his US mailing address. He recently signed up for a Capital One Visa Platinum account and I receive his statements in the mail. Does Capital One offer the option of online only statements - no mailed statements? I am waiting for DC to also offer this option that AMEX has offered for a few years.
