As per flyer in today's mail:

10/20/40 purchases (now through Aug 26, 2006) = $10/$20/$30 cash back
To be deposited in linked account by 9/30/06.
No minimum on the transactions.

Yes - you understood correctly.

Not sure if it was targeted as my [MC/debit] card is very new.

I called Wamu Cust. Service and this is a targeted mailing--if you don't get the flyer in the mail, then the promo doesn't apply to you. :(
