MBNA Mastercard
 
I have an Amtrak Mastercard from MBNA. Is this still one of the best credit cards to use when travelling overseas? I remember at one point they were the bank that did not impose an additional foreign service charge on transactions overseas using foreign currency. Is this still the case? Has anyone used this card recently?

Yes. It's my card of choice for international travel.
