I don't think they went bankrupt but just moved a state to Delaware.

“Might Be Not Applicable”, as in “We offer great benefits with our loans, but certain perks might be not applicable to you”. Kidding, of course. Just a nickname my wife and I made after not being able to take advantage of an offer they had… can’t even remember what it was to be honest.
