FirstUSA is the WORST
 
I don't know if anyone else is having problems with First USA, but ONCE AGAIN, they have screwed up the mileage awarded for purchases.

Does anyone have an angel at FirstUSA customer service that can fix these sort of problems with an eye toward timeliness?
