Any news on when this card is coming out? Or new banks issuing it (besides National City)?

Contacted Visa International directly to inquire. Spoke with marketing department who told me they could not comment on future projects, etc. However one individual indicated Visa is currently working with several leading financial institutions to issue the card. Visa wants Infinite to remain elite, unlike Signature which has been issued to a myriad of cardholders.


Visa is setting strict guidelines for those institutions that wish to issue Visa Infinite, to ensure exclusivity and the card being issued in limited numbers.
