First USA website questions
 

Ive just signed up to manage my UA mileage plus visa signature online. But the First USA website is very lousy, I cant see the individual charges Ive posted on my account. Am I using the wrong website?

This is what I use:

After you log in, choose "View Account Activity" under the Account Actions drop-down menu...

Are you seeing the acount summary? You have to use the pull-down menu next to each account (if you have more than one) and choose recent activity.

I've had difficulty accessing FUSA through a firewall in the past, so if you are doing it at work, you may be having problems because of the firewall configuration. FUSA doesn't like secure proxy servers. Meanwhile, my home system also has a firewall, but no proxy server, and there it works just fine.

Thanks for the tips. Related question, how long does it take for the mileage bonus (the initial bonus for signing up) to post... Ive been waiting for 6 weeks and still have nothing.
