Bilt Alliance
 

I wanted to start this thread for anyone interested in joining the Bilt Alliance as a landlord. I learned that you need a PMS (Property Management System) to work with Bilt's systems. According to Bilt, usually property owners of 1000+ units have a PMS.

If you are a landlord with only a few units and no PMS, then you aren't eligible to join the Bilt Alliance. For full transparency, I didn't qualify, but wanted to share what I learned. Hopefully this saves someone time from asking the same questions I did.
