Business Cards & multiple users

If my wife and I own a business, do we both need to get our own cards if we want the benefits of that card (for example, Amex PL grants Marriot Gold status and DL lounge visits among many others), do all card holders get those benefits or only the primary?

You will not be able to generalize from examples, it will depend on the policies of each card.

Business Platinum annual fee is $695. You can add two types of employee cards:

1. Employee Business Platinum Card, $350/year, includes most benefits, (lounge access and elite status same as primary cardholder)
2. Employee Business Expense Card: Free, includes few benefits (no lounge access or elite status)
