There is a new section in BofA mobile app My rewards section, introducing Partner rewards.

Once enrolled, one will no longer receive Cashback and Preferred rewards bonus, but only the merchant's loyalty points. ​The only merchant available appears to be Shell Fuel rewards

Yes, I'm seeing this on the website too. I don't think I'll be signing-up until there's more details available.
