KLM/AF MasterCard no longer on BofA website
 
Anyone have any idea if this card is moving to a new issuer?

Probably some sort of marketing exclusion that limits who can market where. AF has an agreement with Amex in Europe, that may have something to do with it. Barclays and Citi have such an agreement for their AA cards.

If you are going to apply for this card, consider doing a dummy booking on Air France/KLM to see if you get a better offer. I signed up for it a couple months ago, was able to get a $100 statement credit by doing this (in addition to the 50k miles).
