I never heard any "credits" from our Premium Elite Relationship Manager. BofA/Merrill Diamond tier has not offered much.

It is a benefit ( annual $150 credit) on the Premium Rewards Elite card. which has $550 annual fee.

So the "thread" title is mis-leading. Those benefits/credits are part of the

Bank of America® Premium Rewards® Elite Credit Card

Those benefits were discussed in the main credit card thread. Not sure why there is a new thread talking about the same set of benefits.

Bank of America (Merrill Lynch) also has the Diamond relationship tier. Clients are assigned Premium Elite Relationship Manager. So the "Premium Elite" is a BofA/ML client tier level.

It is better to state clearly that this thread is the same discussion of the credit card benefits. Not related to the relationship tier.

Looking at DPs in Wiki, it seems pretty random on what gets reimbursed. Short of someone actually trying, there is really no way of knowing.

I practice yoga at 2 different studios. One qualifies for the lifestyle credit, the other doesn't because it codes as something random like office space.

We also recently joined a racquet club which qualified and used up the remainder of my 2024 credit. Wish this was a monthly credit :)

Be careful of what you wish for! Isn't a lump sum credit for the entire year more flexible?

Jokingly, I meant that I wish we could have a $150/month lifestyle credit, not the $150 spread over 12 months. That would be quite the card - I can only imagine what the annual fee would have to be.

  1. Purchased $50 Uber reload through app on Oct 3 and Oct 5. Still no reimbursement. Oddly enough my $50 Uber reload on sep 28 got reimbursed in 5 days. Anyone else have issues lately?
EDIT: Put a ticket in with customer service to escalate this. The agent didnt even know about the lifestyle credit nor this card even existed. Said could take 5-10 business days for it to be resolved.

EDIT 2: Customer service said I will be credited the 2x Uber cash reloads in roughly 5 business days. Will report back when meter moves.

11/15 $25 Uber cash, meter never moved, never credited.
11/15 $25 Lyft cash, meter moved a couple days later and credited 11/20.

I have now done multiple Lyft cash transactions of $25 and they all get credited a few days later. Appears Uber cash may be dead at this point. Not worth it to me to open a ticket or anything, especially this late in the year. Will update if the meter ever moves for the Uber transaction but I'm not counting on it.

Thanks for your DP. I wonder why the meter would move, but not credited. Those should be linked and it would be an easy fix (if one considers calling in easy).

Meter never moved for Uber, so I don't really understand what you're saying, maybe you misread what I wrote. If the meter moves you'll get credited in my experience.

I did misread your post. I was probably too tired. Sorry for the confusion.

Yes it took about one week for the credit to hit my account, and see the meter move. The agent did say that the MMC was valid and didnt know why it was not being credited.
