I called again today and the rep I spoke to said it's not available yet for public. If I really want it, I need to go branch and talk to personal banker to do PC.

I applied online on 11/22, was approved on 11/23, and received the card via UPS today (11/26). I'm a Bank of America checking customer (Preferred Rewards Platinum) and don't have any other credit cards with them.

Yesterday I signaled my feelings about the Elite Visa Infinite card by going ahead and applying for the Premium Rewards card.

Did you request it to be expedited or it was expedited by default?

I didn't ask it to be expedited, didn't speak to anyone live about it. They sent it via UPS next day air.

Sure I'll post a picture shortly- it feels like a hybrid metal/plastic, similar feel and weight as Amex gold?

AMEX Gold feels way more premium than my BoA Premium Rewards card. I got the latest version, and that is the very definition of a hybrid.
