Best card for Balance Transfers
Does anyone know of any CC that offer no fee balance transfers, i.e. no %-fee charged on the amount of the balance transfer? This is for someone with excellent credit (score = 800)

I am pretty sure they all have that fee. I do believe what separates them is how many months they give you at 0%. 21 months may be the most I have seen on a Citi Diamond Preferred.
