Which credit bureau does Card Match pull from?

I have my credit frozen.

Anyone know?

Have you already tried it anyway? Do freezes actually prevent soft pulls? CardMatch won’t do a hard inquiry, and I imagine existing creditors can continue to get updated info on you via soft pulls, which makes me wonder if this should work anyway.

Yeah it didn't return any results.

That is it returned this error message:

We Couldn’t Find Your Credit Profile At This Time
Based on the information you provided, the credit bureau we use could not locate a file in your name. This is not a reflection of your credit quality. Please check your personal information and try again. If you’ve lived at your current address for less than six months, it may not be reflected in your credit report yet. You can try entering your former address. If you haven’t changed your personal information recently, visit our support page for more information.

Unfreezing Transunion worked for me.

When I contacted them directly to ask, they told me it shouldn't matter; however despite their reassurances, I *always* got the "We Couldn’t Find Your Credit Profile At This Time" message (trying off and on), until I unfroze at TU.

That worked for me, unfreezing TransUnion temporarily.

Good to know for the future.

No luck on the Amex Platinum 100k offer that some people are reportedly getting though.
