This is accurate for hotels, but not for flights.

CNB Crystal (if you're willing to jump through the hoops, it's worth to just hold onto the card without using it)

no airline transfer, but it's 3x for grocery, travel (hotel/taxi/transportation), restaurants. one card in your wallet

We fly 5/6 times a year (maybe half international)
CNB has the visa infinite $100-off discount benefit. may be worth it

get the CNB card, and also pick up a Chase CSR and/or Amex Gold if you want transferable points
