Best Credit Card in EU?
Hey guys!
I m a full time traveller that decided to go around the world for a few years, I m from Brazil and the credit card offers are not so great, while we still get points and some benefits, we pay huge spread differences in currency conversion plus huge fees in international transactions, paying with a Brazilian Credit Card will mean an increase of almost 10% in the price of everything I buy, for this reason I have resorted to pre-paid cards, which is not working, since they have ridiculous low limits...
I have all the best credit cards in Brazil, from the Unlimited Black Santander Card to The Platinum Card Amex (We don't have the Centurion).
I decided to try to open an account and make an investiment in some EU country in order to maybe get a Credit Card, I have some friends that have done it in the US, but I m not going to the US until September, I will do a quick visit, but I would still need the ITIN wait some time to get a credit score.
My question:
Which EU countries accept non-residents account and have good credit card offers?
Thanks

You may be able to obtain an American Express International Euro Currency card. It's issued in the UK, but billed in Euros.

Or maybe it'll be easier to get this one since you are from Brazil: https://www.americanexpress.com/lacidc/
