There's a tracker that shows how much of the credit you have redeemed under the Rewards tab on the BoA website - click the blue "View rewards & benefits" button to get to the page with the tracker.
It's under premium rewards benefits

Thought BoA only limits domestic. I purchased 2 AA award tickets (US-Asia) on 8/15 and paid the taxes and fees using the card, my statement closed for the month already, and I still haven't gotten the credit.

Called rep, and the rep indicated that it could take up to 90 days for the reimbursement.

FWIW, I will wait and see.

Still haven't gotten a credit. It should not take 90 days for reimbursement. This is ridiculous.

Hopefully this doesn't violate any forum rules but what's a good way to sell the AA gift cards if you don't travel with AA often and won't end up using them?

If your looking for a quick turnaround without much work, just search giftcardgranny to see what reseller is offering the highest rate then sell to them. Alternatively you could sell it yourself on raise or ebay but that is more work/risk albeit for greater profit.

So did either of you get credit? Did you check the charge to see if it posted with the same MCC code as BofA accepts for qualifying domestic flights?

The 90 day thing is usually just BS. It either posts automatically in a few days or it doesn't. AMEX does the same thing.

Does anyone have experience getting a refund of a charge that was covered under airline expense? I paid for award tickets last year and most of it was to pay for a seat upgrade. I had a terrible experience (with one missed connection and one canceled) and did not get my extra leg room on the last flight I was on. AA has agreed to refund the money I spent on the seat upgrade. I hope that BofA does not notice the refund coming it and take back some of it!

Update: got the refund and Bofa did not take it back.

Any recent reports this month for AA gift card reimbursement. I need to use it for my newly applied card. Thanks.
