Just got my Vuela Visa! Is it supposed to have my LifeMiles number printed on it?

Yes the number was correct and the missing miles were eventually credited. It took way too long to resolve the issue with both the bank & Life Miles blaming each other. IMHO Both are poorly run operations.

I just received my credit card, but made the mistake of not creating a LifeMiles account before applying. Any idea how I would obtain my lifemiles account information? I've looked through the lifemiles website and can't seem to find anything useful. Thanks

They don't exactly run the tightest ship in the fleet. Experiences run the gamut from instant approval to request to send in all sorts of documentation. (And of course denials, too.) There doesn't seem to be any real rhyme nor reason, though we don't have a ton of data points compared to the threads here on the big banks. If the card interests you, I'd say go for it, just read through this thread before applying, to be prepared for what you may or may not have to go through.

Is the Banco Popular app supposed to work in conjunction with the card? I can't seem to connect/sign-on with my credentials. Tried to register and then it tells me my card number is incorrect.
