This page (https://www.nasafcu.com/nasa-fcu-credit-card/) lists a "Platinum Advantage Rewards Credit Card" - which says:
"For every dollar you spend, you'll earn points to use toward travel or merchandise rewards. Points are easy to redeem online or by phone and rewards start as low as 700 points."
I assume the Star Trek card is these same points? Probably 1 cpp max redemption?

http://www.advantagerewardscard.com/general_home.asp gives you some idea according to the fine print.

Rewards are not very desirable and over-priced.
