Hello everyone
i'm asking for the best miles cards for beginners
I don't want to have credit card because I'm not living in USA
I'm a student and I have 20 years old

Do you have US identification information that would allow you to apply for a credit card or bank account?

You say you do not want a credit card, but you are asking for a miles earning card. Are you hoping for a miles earning debit card? State exactly what you want.
