The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.
The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

Yeah, I hear ya. I was just surprised to see them and no one was talking about them. I suppose in the big scheme of things, they are small. But, there are a lot of stores that I regularly shop at on that list so I was happy to see them, considering I'm trying to meet the MS. 
my instinct is that its mapped onto the rewards account, which all the cards feed into. at least on mine, all the card activity, and their pts, feed into that one master rewards account, and thats where i see the rewardsplus stuff.
overall these are a nice touch, but these seem not very scalable. these are all basically $1-$5 one time only effective incentives for doing random stuff. comparable to dinky $2 chase offers. i don't think it makes sense to be super responsive to these unless it fits into your daily life already. dosh/ebates/drop etc. at least are only limited on daily basis.
to compare - amex offers are often $20-$100 and worth doing if one wants whatever random item they're pitching.
overall these are a nice touch, but these seem not very scalable. these are all basically $1-$5 one time only effective incentives for doing random stuff. comparable to dinky $2 chase offers. i don't think it makes sense to be super responsive to these unless it fits into your daily life already. dosh/ebates/drop etc. at least are only limited on daily basis.

There was a bed bath beyond offer on my crystal, and there was a BBB next to a store I had to go to yesterday, so I went it. I didn't have their normal 20% all the time coupon, so everything is wildly overpriced. The one thing I might have used (random kitchen widget) was like $10-15 probably double what it might have been on Amazon. So even that would not have triggered the $25 min. And they basically had no gift cards beyond their own store. So I wasted my time and bought nothing. No need to go back into that store for another decade.
K cup coffee pods were 2x what I normally pay, which is a reasonable way that gauge the rapaciousness of a store.
Anyways we'll see what the next wave of new EasyRewards brings, since they're supposed to reset on 3/31. My hunch is that it won't actually be any new merchants, just the ability to 'redo' ones that aleady were triggered in the prior cycle. Maybe its better in other cities, when I look at the places where my siblings live, they seem to have more local offers.

I don't know. I would observe that I had a Chevron offer (which I used) that didn't seem to show for any of the other half dozen Chevron's around my area.
In general all the offers I see in my area are slightly out of the core area. e.g. offer is not for a downtown Staples, but one in an awkward location in the suburbs.

If you do the GoGo Inflight, do not expect to use them on American. I took 6 flights and everyone was NOT available for the GoGo. They were Panasonic and yes they were domestic and two were in transition.

DL is planning to go with free Wi-Fi in the future. I expect other carriers will eventually follow suit, as everything gets retrofitted to higher-bandwidth satellite-based networking. I suspect this benefit — which I use a lot currently — won't be worth much in a few years.

I think its very much YMMV. We had a 4 flights over the winter on AA and it was available on all of them. Only used it on one of them, though.

I had a regional AA flight DCA-ATL and it worked but most of mainline domestic is ViaSat and widebodies are Panasonic. Should still work on DL though.
