Current welcome offer is 50,000 30,000 Crystal points with $5,000 $3,000 spending in the first 90 days. First annual fee not waived. (as of telephone call with bank employee 8/7/2019)

Past bonuses were:

***** #1502 - signup bonus 1/16/18 BUT ANNUAL FEE NOT WAIVED ******

100,000 points after spending $5,000 in first three months. Offer expires 30 December 2015. EXPIRED

A 70,000 points offer was offered back in March 2017 and expired March 31st, 2017. EXPIRED

The requirements for the application process varies from bank to bank based on various online data points collected from FlyerTalk, Doctor of Credit, etc.

Some banks require that you go into a branch and apply personally. Other banks want you to have another account open for 90 days before you can get this card. Some banks (if you already have a relationship with them) let you apply via mail. Sometimes you have to be a resident of the state they operate in, while some were able to get the card without living in those states. It is very much YMMV. You will need proof of income (W2, check stubs, etc). The only states City National Bank operates in are: NY, DE (only trust office, no go), DC, GA, TN, MN, NV & CA. The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.

The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

Register your card for online access (cno.cnb.com). This changed on Sept 19 2019.
Register separately for the award page (www.cnbrewards.com).
Register for Visa Infinite info and access at https://myvisainfinite.com/cnb/en_us/home.html

No I just assumed based on Chase preferred and freedom unlimited. So I understand from you that each AU has a different number. Were you able to use the AU's 250 credits for primary user charges?

AUs have unique card numbers, and you need to use the AU card for their $250 travel credits. Simply adding 3 AUs does not increase the travel credit for the primary cardholder to $1000.

If anyone has DPs to the contrary that they are fine with CL cycling/heavy MS I'm all ears don't want to be the shutdown DP on a very lucrative card though (3x MS aside).
Well, if I can get the PPMC at 3X, that's my preferred route.

The CVS bonus points already posted for a GC purchase. Surprisingly easy and quick, total opposite of what I would have expected. There are a few restaurants that overlap with rewardsnetwork, I wonder if the programs are stackable...

I can't imagine they wouldn't stack as the programs are totally separate. I earn Alaska miles from Rewards Network purchases on my CSR as well as the 3x dining UR. If you have a CSR though I wouldn't put any restaurant spend on the CNB Crystal.

i meant the offers through the scoremorerewards portal. There are a few additional 5x or 10x rewards offers for specific restaurants.

So it seems the OP is outdated and needs some updates. It has been confirmed in the last 5 pages or so that AA gift cards trigger the $250 safely. How about Delta, United, and especially Southwest?

No, this is separate from the normal credit card awards you'd receive. Basically, it's: 3x CNB points for dining, 10x CNB bonus points, plus the 3x/5x Alaska points. And I have received these on a few (but not all.. yet?) places that participate in both.

BTW, who runs the Rewards Plus portal? Any DPs on whether online purchases need to be made with the CNB card or not?

I had posted a while back that United Gift Registry credits up to $75 are working, despite what the wiki on this thread claims. I recently added a new AU and used that card for another $250 benefit and those credits just posted onto my account.

DP: does not work with JetBlue seat upgrades over $200

So I tried buying a refundable JetBlue flight on points, paying the seat upgrades with the card. Maybe due to the amount (got greedy and upgrades were over $200 in total), I did NOT get the airline credits for them. I bought this over three weeks ago so am certain I am not getting it.

I am losing hope now...The transaction was on 4/15 and posted on 4/17...today is 4/20 and almost over....Does it work if I call them? It's weird because all the recent posters who successfully got the rebate on AA eGC was in just few days after posting date.
