Looks like the rebates do activate very quickly; it just takes a while to actually post. Similar to an AMEX offers rebate.

Also just got my Delta PGGM.
What I learned this past week is that Southwest PGM does not work the same way. I booked an international award flight with SWA and used this card to pay the fees. I cancelled in an hour like I do with Delta, but no travel credit. I do get the credit if I don't cancel the flight, though. One thing I haven't tried is cancel the flight after the credit posts.

I just redeemed my 105k points for $1000 VGC. I know that it comes pretty quickly, but is it regular mail? UPS?
Also, I read that using the CNB Crystal card to buy the VGC in branch processes it as CA, but has anybody at least attempted to buy the VGC using a different bank credit card?

That was an easy 2k
Quick question:
I'm trying to fund a citigold account with these and their system after attempting the charge made some comment about invalid number and City says they never got the attempt.
I am positive the number was correct and that it was typed correct as they read it back to me. Anyone see this before? I may just have to use one of my AA Citicards to fund the account....
(I can't use my chase southwest biz or premiere, right?)

I fly southwest pretty exclusively domestically since I live in California. Only makes sense. Why would people fly American Airlines? The AA gift card I got is nice but man looking at some of these prices are pretty insane.
