Has anybody purchased CNB Visa gift cards from a branch? A commenter on Frequent Miler's blog said that he was told it would run as CA if you use this credit card to buy the gift card, but nobody said anything about using another bank credit card to purchase them. I would assume it's the same, but I want to be sure.

Data points that award ticket fees using Avianca LifeMiles and Korean SkyPass have not been reimbursed, which is not surprising since they are not domestic carriers although I had some hope based on the posting address being in the US.

I tried PGGM and my fees were refunded at the same time they posted. Is this correct? How long will it be before the credits are supposed to hit? Here's how it looks on my online account:
