No transfers to BA anymore with this card. I got a letter in the mail bout a few changes. You can not get a $500.00 airline ticket for 25,000 points though. Not a bad redemption when you need a ticket at that price.

I agree. This is probably my favorite card. I sock drawered the Centurion and only use the Octave for extremely large purchases that I'd rather have cash back on.

Is the Octave card still around? I recently reached Preferred Rewards for Wealth Management status due to my accounts at Merrill Edge really wonder if I could get this card. I have zero interested in their co-branded BoA Premium Rewards visa. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone know if this card is still able to get? I've transferred all accounts over to ML. It seems like a cool card and I can take advantage of some of the perks.

I too want to know the same thing. I have a brokerage and IRA w Merrill edge and money in a ML Preferred deposit. I saw they offer the co branded BOA Premium rewards card, but I don’t want that.

I don’t think that’s true. It’s listed as one of the ineligible cards for preferred rewards bonus m. It’s has the rebrand of “Merrill” as well as “Bank of America Private Bank” which was once US Trust so it has to still be around.

They probably grandfathered in existing Card holders. New applications closed.

It’s just really hard to believe the only card they have is the boa visa

All the old Merrill cards are closed. They only service existing card holders. This has been mentioned so many times for so long.

The BoA Cash Rewards and Travel/Premium Rewards with Platinum Honors are the best Cash back cards on the market!

Does anyone know the highest level card currently being offered by Bank of America Private Bank? Does anyone know if the Octave Card is still available for Bank of America Private Bank clients?
