Debit / ATM Card for Israel
Can anyone recommend a no/low fee debit card for use in Israel that I can load from my US bank account and have someone use it to withdraw funds from an ATM in Israel when they are travelling there?

Capital One 360 Checking. It does not charge you to use any ATM in the world, although you have to pay surcharges imposed by the ATM owner. My understanding is that most ATMs in Israel do not have surcharges, so it should be free on both ends.
There are some banks that rebate ATM surcharges, such as Schwab, but those require opening a brokerage account with them, so probably not worth it unless you are traveling to a country where surcharges are commonplace. |

Schwab. They're amazing to deal with and the brokerage account has no minimum balance.
I work abroad and get paid in US Dollars to a US account and this has always been my best option. (Though I think fidelity also would work.)
