i signed up online had my account opened 3 months... I called and asked for my $100 credit.. They researched it (1 week) I called me and said I don't quailfy for the promo? What gives? Which that promo is still online. I did meet all requirements . spend $500 bucks.. Someone please help..

Any number of reasons here. Have you had this card or a similar one before? Did the $500 exclude all fees, cash advances, etc.? Did you spend the $500 within 90 days from when you applied for the card (not from when you received or activated it)?

If you answered yes to any of these, that may be the reason. Did you ask B of A why you were not eligible?

I did everything correct never had bofa before! Spent 678 in 3 months. They didn't have a answer for me only you didn't qualify. What gives

Ask B of A why you were not eligible.

If you don't get a satisfactory response, file a Better Business Bureau complaint.

They are by far the worst when it comes to CC rewards and bonuses. As a mini expert on the bonus game, my wife signed up for the AAA(ny driver member) advertised in the AAA magazine spend 500/90days get a 100.00 grocery GC. She started spending and we based on my expierience i thought i better email CS, Good thing, their reply was "we are not eligble". I immediately responed with a screen shot of the AAA online mag. and their ad stating that. I then got an email saying we are eligilbe. We did the 500.00 spend and I emailed them last week about how I get the grocery card-- they told me to be patient, it will arrive soon. Its like pulling teeth, Never open a rerwards card with them
