Sony Rewards transfer/usage?

Just now learned about churning and earning but have a bunch of points tied up in a Sony Rewards account. Any thoughts about how to "free" them?

I don't think you can transfer Sony Rewards. I have my Sony Rewards and Sony Style accounts linked and just use my points towards purchasing Sony items (mainly camera and accessories). If you do not have a need for Sony product, then you can "free" them with many gift card options in the rewards catalog (assuming you have a Sony Credit Card).

Thanks! The gift card redemption rates seem so weak. Wish I had started reading FT years ago...

Best use of Sony Rewards is for PSN codes.

Or you can get purchase credit for PS3 games bought through your Sony card.
