PC Slate to JPM Select
 

Has anyone done a product change from Slate to JPM Select ? If so what was your experience, was it easy to do or did you have to talk to an analyst ? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can't do a straight product change from a Chase card to a JPM card (or vice-versa).

You can't change between product families, only within.

I tried downgrading my Select to CSP, but was informed (more than once, I might add) that you must stay within the product family. Even though same company, they consider the JPM cards more exclusive and give them their own set of rules.
