Evaluating two AMEX offers: DL, SPG
 

I have a couple quick questions about some targeted offers I've
received. First off I'll give you some quick background info on my
current situation. Around March 15th I did my first app-o-rama. I was
successful in getting the following cards: Chase Bold, AA visa and
amex (2 browser trick), BOA and BOH Hawaiian air cards, and Barclays
US Air.

I recently received a few targeted offers and am not sure how I should
handle them. The first is a delta skymiles card that will give 25k
after first purchase and another 25k after 5k spend in 6 months (first
year fee waived). The second is an offer for 20k spg points after only
$500 in 3 months (first year fee waived). The problem is, the skymiles
offer expires June 4th and the spg offer expires May 10th. So my
questions are as follows:

1. How do people view these offers: Great, Standard?
2. Do you know how strict they are with the expire dates on the
targeted offers? I would really like to wait atleast 95 days from
March 15th
3. Is one of these offers less likely to come along again? I have seen
two of the same skymiles mail offers but only one for the SPG.
