How to sign up as a CC affiliate?
In my line of work I deal with lots of traveling people. So I was thinking of sending out offers to CCs with travel benefits, but I can't figure out out to get affiliate links to them.
Specifically I was thinking of the Southwest Airlines (Chase) card along with any major hotel cards (Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, etc). Anyone know how to do that?
I checked on CJ.com and Linkshare.com and I don't see links for any CCs like that.

Know nothing about becoming an affiliate, but by doing a Google search, came up with the following:
