AmEx Reconsideration ??
 

(Sorry about a new thread, couldn’t find this anywhere.)

Any suggestions for dealing with AmEx reconsiderations? Delta card application “cancelled” for too may applications within 90 days (3 prior approvals in past 90 days PRG, Hilton, SPG Business). I’ve called 877-399-3083 (2 or 3 times) which seems more like a status line than a reconsideration line. They tell me that the reconsideration department does not speak with people directly. Am I being overly greedy by hoping for 4 new cards in a few months, 3 of which I’ve had in the past? Credit scores approx 780-790.

(Yes, I know an App-o-Rama is a better technique than rolling applications and that is my future intent. However, it’s equally unlikely that I’d get 4 different AmEx cards approved at the same time so my questions might be appropriate for someone who is contemplating 4 AmEx applications at the same time.)

(Yeah, I know it’s Skypesos; some people like them, some don’t.)
