Help. Problem with [Amex HHonors Surpass] online application!
 
I'm pretty sure I saw a few posts about the online application problems a while back. However, I've been searching for 20 minutes and haven't gotten anything to come up. So I apologize for the repeat.

I can't seem to get an online app that doesn't have in the entry boxes... specifically saying that there are not 21 days in November when entering birth date. There may have been another. No matter how many times I clear my history, cookies, everything, it happens every time.

Help. Suggestions? Thoughts? Fixes?

What online app. are you talking about? Give us ALL the details.

It was the HHonors Surpass Amex for 62,500 points. Couldn't get it to work on either of my home computers. Finally tried on my iPhone and it went through. Any ideas why it wouldn't work on my computers?
