High Value Mastercard Gift Card for Visa Spend?
 

I need to meet some spending requirements on a visa. I have to make monthly tuition payments that will meet the spend pretty quickly, but they only take MC or Amex.

I really don't want to be trying to pay with multiple $100 or the like MC gift cards. Is there any way to buy a high value MC gift card without paying crazy fees with a Visa, and will that card work to make online payments with a portal that accepts only MC?

Thanks very much. In doing a bit of research, it looks like the card I was thinking about using charges a cash advance fee for gift cards, so I may be out of luck.
