1-888-663-6262 (auto line, option 3 for recent apps)

877-665-5020, 877-261-3494 (Business apps to reach a person. Calling between 6 pm and 7 pm Eastern time may have shorter wait times.)

1-800-354-0401 (8-7pm EST M-F) STILL working for personal apps 9/25/17

my application status is under review for the Fidelity card. Did you call to inquire status or for reconsideration? how did it go?

Same thing happened for my card and SOs card. Both approved. Recon unnecessary.

I called for reconsideration. A few simple questions and I got approved (albeit for a small $2,500k CL).

As of this morning this is a non-working number, I am getting a recorded message. Does anyone know if there is another Person Card Reconsideration # that I can call?

FYI, the business card # is 800-871-1194, it is still working.

Alright Everyone, here are some updated phone numbers. It took me a while, but I got both new Business and Personal, both of these go directly to appropriate departments:

Business: 1-866-695-6598

Personal en Espanol!: 1-866-865-7843. Yes you heard that right, this is dedicated line for reconsideration in Spanish. The rep I talked to was an English-native language speaker, so I didn't have a problem.

Thanks for posting this. I applied yesterday morning, got pending decision, and tried numerous numbers that I found in another thread (none worked...and one was actually a number to AllState Ins!). Came upon this thread last night, called the spanish personal # today and was approved after answering some basic questions about my employer!
